We may suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious or abusive behavior.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
4.1 Free Tier
- One-time single Pro trial session for each user.
- Full access to all premium features during the trial.
- Trial cannot be reset, reused, transferred, or extended.
- Additional sessions require upgrading to the Pro plan.
4.2 Pro Subscription
- Pricing varies by region: $29/month (US), £19.99/month (UK), €22.99/month (EU)
- Unlimited interview sessions.
- Voice and text interview modes.
- Full AI feedback and analytics.
- Priority support.
4.3 Billing Terms
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Subscription automatically renews monthly.
- You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Use automated tools to generate excessive interview sessions
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limitations
- Share or resell AI-generated content commercially
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
User Content
You retain ownership of:
- CVs and resumes
- Cover letters
- Job descriptions and URLs
- Interview answers
AI-Generated Content
InterBoostAI owns all AI-generated:
- Interview questions
- Feedback and scoring
- STAR rewrites
- Session reports
- Company insights
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use this content solely for interview preparation.
7. Disclaimers & AI Limitations
InterBoostAI uses artificial intelligence for feedback and analysis. You acknowledge that:
- AI output may include inaccuracies or incomplete information
- AI feedback is advisory, not professional coaching
- The Service is "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee:
- Job interview invitations
- Job offers
- Employment outcomes
- Accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- InterBoostAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for loss of data, opportunities, or revenue
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations—those limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify InterBoostAI against any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or uploaded files
- Misuse or unauthorized access of your account
10. Termination
By You:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- You may delete your account, which permanently removes all stored personal data within 30 days.
By Us:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Pose security risks or misuse the platform
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.
